William Redmond - Class Of 1960

William "Bill" D. Redmon, 54, Bloomington, Ill, died at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 1995, at Bromen Medical Center, Bloomington.
   Born Nov. 23, 1941, in Flora, he was the son of Eugene D. and Mildred Donnelly Redmon.  He was married Nov. 25, 1967, in Greencastle, Pa., to Linda Thomas, who survives.
   A 1960 graduate of Delphi High School, he attended Indiana University and Illinois State University.  He retired as a systems analyst from State Farm Insurance Company after 30 years of service.
   He was a member of Radnor Methodist Church during his childhood, and he was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bloomington.
   Surviving with his wife are his mother, Mildred Redmon of Flora; a son, Mark Redmon of Bloomington; a daughter, Michelle Redmon of Bloomington; a brother, Tom Redmon of Lafayette, a sister, Frances Flora of Flora; and a grandson.  Two sisters preceded him in death.
   A memorial service was Saturday in St. John's Lutheran Church, Bloomington.
