Harold Eugene Rossetter

Harold Eugene "Gene" Rossetter, 74, of Delphi passed away at the Indiana Veterans Home in West Lafayette, Indiana on October 19, 2017. Gene was born on August 20, 1943 in Indianapolis to the late Bessie (Schumaker) and Marion B. Rossetter, Sr.Gene served in the US Navy from 1961-1964.He was retired as a senior quality analyst for NASA. He worked at the Kennedy Space Center from 1978-1999.Gene was a member and former commander of the Delphi VFW, Battle Ground Masonic Lodge #313 F&AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, the Murat Shrine and the NRA.He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching NASCAR, and gun collecting.He is survived by his children: Lesli Gick (Tim) of Otterbein, Lori Ann Brady of Crawfordsville, Lisa K. Clark (Kenny) of Kissimmee, FL, Cody Rossetter (Shandra) of St. Cloud, FL, Stephanie Blum (James) of Deland, FL, and Rance Rossetter (Alita) of Palm Bay, FL; brothers: Marion B. Rossetter, Jr. (Treva) and Jerry Rossetter (Marsha) both of Delphi; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.He was preceded by his parents and his grandson, Justin Blum.Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017 until the 1:30 p.m. funeral service at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi. Rev. Tom Covington officiating with eulogy by Mike Cook.
