John Y. Allen I, 45, of Diamond Bar, Calif., died unexpectedly May 13, 1991, while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
  He was born June 25, 1945, the son of Russell Allen and Mary Herron Marris Zwiers.  His marriage was to Ginger O'Banion on Nov. 19, 1984.
  He was owner and operator of Allen Quality Maintenance Corp. in Los Angeles.  A 1963 graduate of Delphi High School, he resided in Delphi before moving to California.
  Surviving with his wife are two sons, John Y. Allen II of Delphi and Jeffrey Allen of Los Angeles; one daughter, Michelle Rossetter of Delphi; his mother and stepfather, Mary and Les Zwiers of Peru; one brother, Terry Owens of Brookston; and three grandchildren.
  Services were Saturday in Ontario, Calif.  Horn Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
