Diana Pearson (Shockley)

Diana L. Pearson Shockley, 75, of Delphi, passed away Wednesday-February 10, 2021 at 3:40am at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She had been a patient there since January 31. She was born December 2, 1945 in Lafayette, to the late Charles & Florence Smith Pearson. Her marriage was to Donald L. Shockley in Radnor on November 29, 1968, and he preceded her in death on August 24, 2001. She graduated from Delphi High School in 1964. She worked at the former Peters-Revington Furniture Factory in Delphi in the sand room for 25 years, retiring in 2002. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and needlepoint. She loved to shop, and watch her favorite TV show's. She loved her family, and spending time with them. Surviving: daughter-Melanie & Gavin Olle' of Vancouver, Canada; sons-Jamie & Pam Shockley and Chris & Teresa Shockley both of Radnor; stepdaughter-Leisha & Rob Hill of Delphi; stepson-Chuck & Stephanie Shockley of Battle Ground; sisters-Charlotte Scott of Clarks Hill, Trudy Chapman of Colorado Springs, CO; brother-Charles & Pat Pearson of Ft. Campbell, KY; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren survive. Preceded in death by a stepson Donald; brother Barry; step grandson Tim Brown; sister in law Carolyn; 2 brother's in law Tom & Glen. Funeral service will take place at a later date, with burial in Camden Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital in Diana's memory.
