Roberta Blickenstaff Hart, 58, of Waynesville, N.C., died April 29, 2006.
Born Sept. 17, 1947, she was the daughter of Robert L. and Betty Vass Blickenstaff. She was a 1965 graduate of Delphi Community High School.
Mrs. Hart was a self-employed financial planner.
Surviving are two children, Michelle Schwartz of Waynesville and Scott Schwartz of German; two brothers, Mike Blickenstaff of Knoxville, Teen., and Steve Blickenstaff of Delphi; a sister Diane High of West Hills, Calif; her mother, of Delphi; and a grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father.

We had so much fun as neighbors. I remember Diane and Roberta speaking Spanish while doing dishes. We had party lines when we were kids , and a nosey person would be on the line. Diane and Roberta would talk in Spanish, and the nosey neighbor would hang up their phone. I remember that neighbor having a bird, and you could always tell when they were listening on the phone. Those were the days never to be forgotten!!
