I am Dale's sister, Linda Wagoner Perry. I need to inform you that Dale passed away Feb. 2, 2012, from cardiac arrest following the death of his wife, Carol, two days earlier on Jan. 31. Dale had fought courageously for many years with heart disease and Carol had been on kidney dialysis. She also suffered from a return of cancer recently. They lived in Fulton, KY, having been there the last 12 years. Both were very strong Christians and continually served in the churches and ministries where they were led. They were members of Shepherd's Field Church in Martin, TN. Before moving to Kentucky, they lived in Delphi and served in the Delphi Assembly of God Church. We praise God for their ministry here on earth and rejoice that they are both now healed from all disease and serving the Lord in heaven. Sincerely, Linda Perry
