Sue Brown Fesler

My dream came true--I always wanted to be a wife and Mother.
Married the love of my life on May 14th, 1966. We just celebrated our 44th anniversary!
Kim was born in 1969.
John Jr. born in 1972.
Ashaley born in 1976 and adopted by us in 1983.
John, my husband, medically retired from Fairfield Manufacturing, where he was a supervisor.
We were foster parents through White and Tippecanoe County for many years. We fostered over 25 children. We adopted our first foster daughter, Asha.
I was a VIP (Volunteer in Public Schools) for 10 years at Frontier School Corp. I also did private tutoring.

I have many good memories from school and a few that weren't good.
I was a cheerleader at Pittsburg Grade School.
I was in Choir, GSC and FHA in high school. I was Treasurer of FHA is my sophmore year.
Two of the saddest memories I have is the day I learned Kay Hensley was killed in a car accident.
The second was the day Mr. Buck came into our English class and said President Kennedy had been shot.
I did an essay at the end of the year on President Kennedy. I really put alot of effort into that. It was very interesting for me to work on.
