Theresa Jean Rock, 68, of Delphi, passed away at her residence on October 20, 2017. Theresa was born on October 14, 1949 in Delphi to the late Harold and Ethel (Oswalt) Rockhill. She was a 1967 graduate of Delphi High School.She married James. D. Rock, Sr. on Dec. 23, 1967 in Delphi and he preceded her on March 28, 2015.She had retired from the Indiana Veterans Home where she worked in housekeeping services.Mrs. Rock was a member of the Delphi Wesleyan Church and the Delphi VFW Ladies Auxiliary.She loved the outdoors, enjoyed eating chocolate and spending time with family and her grandchildren.She is survived by her children: Joyce Peters (Eric) of Lafayette, James D. Rock, Jr. (Lori) of Noblesville, Joe Rock (Cheryl) of Delphi and sister, Shelia Langsdorf (Jim) also of Delphi; and grandchildren: Bobby Hixson, Emily Hixson, and Destiny Paige Rock.Theresa was also preceded by her son, Jeff Rock and brother, Mike Rockhill.Visitation will be from noon on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017 until the 2:00 p.m. funeral service at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi.
