Lynn Sue Green, 60 of Lafayette died Sunday at her son's residence after a three year battle with cancer. She was born November 28, 1948 to the late Carl E. Watson and Margery Porter of Monticello and she survives. She graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in education and from IVY Tech Nursing program. She married Steve A. Green on May 28, 1983 in Monticello and he survives.
She worked at Clarian Arnett Health for 25 years as an LPN. She first worked for Dr. Lockwood and Dr. Skehan and the past 10 years for Dr. Thomas. She was a member of the John Purdue Club. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, camping, fishing, boating and trips to Minnesota. She was a Purdue, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Bears Fan. She enjoyed riding a motorcycle with her husband and friends, and most of all she loved her grandchildren very much.
She is survived by three daughters Nicole Renee Tressler of Yorktown, IN, Kendra (Jeff) Firth of Brookston, IN, Lena (Randy) Dispennett of Lafayette, two sons Bryan (Cheryl) Green of Lafayette, Brad Green of Dayton, IN, one sister Nancy (Dale) Sharp of Monticello, and two brothers John (Carolyn) Watson of Burroughs, IN, Michael (Anita) Watson of West Virginia. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren Tyler Firth, Brendon Firth, Mason Firth, Bryon Dispennett, Dylon Dispennett, Natasha Baugh, Travis Weston, Jacob Weston, Jenson Green, Regan Green, Logan Tressler, Elijah Tressler.
