Ronald R. McFadden, 47, of Delphi, died at 2 a.m. Oct. 12, 1997, in a fire at his residence.
  Born Dec. 17, 1950, in Colburn, he was the son of Ronald and Fern Howard McFadden.
  He was a 1968 graduate of Delphi High School and a 1971 graduate of Vincennes University with an associate degree in science.
  He was retired from Fairfield Manufacturing in Lafayette.
  Surviving are his finance, Monica Hayward of Delphi; a brother, John E. McFadden of Delphi; and two sisters, Jacqueline S. McGuire of Fort Wayne and Jill A. Berry of Lafayette.
  Services will be Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. at Abbott Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Ellcessor officiating.  Friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of the service.  Private burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
  Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Carroll County Cancer Association.
