James A. Clem, 58, a resident of Green Township, Cincinnati, died April 29, 1991.
  Born Feb. 7, 1933, he was the son of Carl and Rose Evans Clem.  His marriage was to Doris Fife, who survives.
  Clem was a special agent for the U.S. Secret Service.
  A 1951 graduate of Delphi High School, he served in the Army and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
  Surviving are his wife and his mother of Flora; two sons, Greg and Jeff Clem; a brother, Quentin Clem of Camden; and a sister, Romona Kelley of Elkhart.
  Services will be Friday at 10 a.m., at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mount Healthy, Ohio.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
  Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
