Mrs. Evelyn Landis, 68, 327 Oak St., Tipton, died Wednesday at University Hospital in Indianapolis after an illness of three years.
  Born June 26, 1912, in Delphi, she was the daughter of William and Lilly Misner Harrison.  Her marriage was to Loyal D. Landis, who died March 28, 1977.  She lived most of her life in Delphi and Tipton and had worked at Tipton County Hospital.  A graduate of Delphi High School, she was a member of Kemp United Methodist Church at Tipton.
  Surviving are one son, David H. Landis of Noblesville; one daughter, Mrs. Donald (LaDonna) Dawson of Kempton; one sister, Marjorie Plummer of Warsaw, and six grandchildren.
  Services were Saturday at Leatherman-Morris Funeral Home at Tipton with burial in Fairview Cemetery there.
