Kathryn R. Boone Goslee, 69, a retired beautician, died at 1:42 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 1982, in Medical Center Hospital at Punta Gorda, Fla. She had been hospitalized three weeks and in ill health one year. She was born in Carroll County, the daughter of Martin and Lucy Snyder Boone. She went from Delphi to Lafayette in 1936. She resided at 1133 Ind. 26-W, Lafayette, and had been wintering in Florida. In 1936 she was married at Gary to L. Dale Goslee. She owned and operated her own beauty shop for several years, retiring in 1966. She also was an artist and taught art at the YWCA. She was a member of Stidham United Methodist Church. Surviving with the husband are one son, James D. Goslee of Lafayette; a daughter, Sandra Bok of Punta Gorda, Fla.; one brother, Jerry Boone, Rt. 3, Delphi; two sisters, Mrs. Chalmer (Nellie) Albaugh of Flora and Josephine Snoeberger of Lafayette; and three grandchildren. Two sisters preceded her in death. Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Soller-Baker Lafayette Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry A. Johnson officiating. Entombment will be in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
