Edward N. Holmes, 77, of Peru, died Oct. 7, 1989, in Dukes Continuing Care Center, Peru. He was born July 30, 1912, in Cutler. His maniage was July 22,1934, to Esther Henson, who survives. Also susviving are a son, Lee Holmes of Peru; three daughters, Sue Cardwell of Stamford, Conn., Beth Benge of Peru and Debra Falza of Indianapolis; three brothers, James Holmes of Peru, Frank Holmes of Midlothian, Ill., and Benton Holmes of South Bend; and a sister, Mary Long of Delphi. Services were today in Peru.
