Roger Finley Neff, 85, of Britton, S.D., formerly of Madison Township, Carroll County, died May 23, 2000, at his residence.
  Born Oct. 31, 1914, in Carroll County, he was the son of Walter and Ivy Jackson Neff.
  He graduated from Delphi High School class of 1932 and had farmed in Madison Township.
  Mr. Neff moved from Madison Township to Arizona in 1964. He also had lived in Bloomington for one year before moving to South Dakota five years ago.
  Surviving are his wife, Clara; one son, John Finley Neff of Bloomington; two daughters, Charletta Weion of Columbus, Ohio, and Mary Martha Ramsay of Bloomington; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
  There were no services.
