Mildred I. "Midge" Kelly, 77, of Delphi, died at 11:59 p.m. May 5, 1990, at Home Hospital, where she had been a patient since May 1.

     Born June 17, 1912, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Harry and Fannie Mytle Allen Richter.  She had lived in the Delphi community most of her life.

     Her marriage was Feb. 22, 1935, in Albion, to Donald E. Kelly, who survives.

     She was a 1932 graduate of Delphi High School and was a member of the Delphi United Methodist Church.

     Surviving with her husband are one son, Donald W. Kelly; two daughters, Judy Martin of Rt. 1, Camden, and Patsy Davila of Delphi; eight grandchildren; three step grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two brothers.

     Services were Tuesday at Horn Funeral Home with Dr. Ellwood Smith officiating.  Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.

     Memorials may be made to the Delphi UM Church.
