Elizabeth E. "Honey" Gardiner, 65, of Delphi, died at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 8, 1989, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center, where she had been a patient since Friday.  Formerly of Rt. 2, Brookston, she had lived in Delphi the past 16 years.
  Born Oct. 3, 1923, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Frank W. and Elizabeth Brooks Morrow.
  She was a 1941 graduate of Delphi High School and had worked in the microfilm room of the Carroll County Courthouse for the past eight years.  She formerly worked at Peters-Revington in Delphi.
  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
  Surviving are five sons, Bill J. Gardiner, Lafayette; Dick Gardiner, Randee Gariner and Rudy Gardiner, all of Delphi; and Rick Gardiner of Otterbein; four sisters, Mary Ward and Louise Morrow, both of Delphi; Josephine White of Lafayette and Bethel Baird of Pennsylvania; two brothers, Michael Morrow and Robert Morrow, both of Delphi; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
  Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Donald Hardebeck officiating.  Calling will be from 5-9 p.m. today at Horn Funeral Home, with a Bible wake service at 7.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
