Phyllis was born to Russell & Cecelia (Grant) Craig. She married Harry Clay Steinman on Dec 26, 1944 in Delphi, Carroll Co., IN Here is her obit: Phyllis Steinman, 86, of Castle Rock, Colorado and formerly of Danville, Illinois passed away on December 19, 2010 in Castle Rock, Colorado. Phyllis was born on November 4, 1924 in Delphi, Indiana daughter of Russell and Cecelia (Grant) Craig. She married Harry Steinman December 26, 1944 in Delphi, IN. He preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter Linda Kaminski; son Craig (Patricia) Steinman; brother Morris Craig; three grandchildren: Kent Kaminski, Janelle McHenry, and Tom Steinman; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Phyllis was a graduate of Delphi High School and worked as a secretary at the Methodist Church for several years and 19 years at First Trust and Savings Bank in Watseka, Illinois. She was a long time member of the Danville United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Phyllis's life will be held at 2:00 pm, December 29, 2010 at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi, Indiana with Pastor Peggy Emmert officiating. Following the services she will be laid to rest at the Masonic Cemetery in Delphi.
