Jean A. Cook, 66, of Delphi, died at 8:45 p.m. Sept. 28, 1991, in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette, where she had been a patient for two days.
  Born Nov. 20, 1924, in Chicago, Ill., she was the daughter of Raymond E. and Ann Calis Robinson.  She lived most of her life in Delphi.
  She was the water agent in the clerk-treasurer's office at the Delphi City Building for more than 30 years.  Before that, she worked in the office at the former Hall's IGA in Delphi.
  She was a 1942 graduate of Delphi High School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Delphi American Legion Auxiliary.
  Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Robinson of Lafayette and Jeanine Trapp of Evansville; two brothers, Arthur V. Robinson of Delphi and John "Jack" Robinson of Plymouth; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by one sister.
  Services were today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Donald Hardebeck officiation.  Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery, Delphi.  Horn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
  Memorials may be made to the Carroll County Cancer Association.
