Helen I. Sterrett, 60, Rt. 1, Reynolds, died Jan. 23, 1988, in her home. She had been in ill health five months. She was born Sept. 2, 1927, in Monon to George and Cary Delzell Gross. Her marriage was to James (Louis) Sterrett in Reynolds, on Jan. 17, 1948, and he survives. She was a 1945 graduate of Delphi High School and a member of Guernsey Church of the Brethren. She was a housewife and a resident of the Reynolds area since 1957. Surviving with the husband is one son, Larry of Reynolds; one daughter, Linda Ferguson of Tucson, Ariz.; four grandchildren; five brothers and two sisters. Services were held Tuesday in Monon, and burial was in Bedford Cemetery, Monon. Those desiring may contribute in memoriam to the charity of their choice.
