Quentin Clem

Carl Quentin Clem, 65, P.O. Box 14, Camden, Indiana, died at 6:02 a.m. Friday, December 6, 1996 in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. He was born June 2, 1931 in Gano, Ohio to Carl D. Clem and Rose E. Evans Clem. On March 23, 1951 in Osceola, he married Dorothy Deak Clem who survives. He was a veteran of the National Guard. He owned Clem Construction and a trucking business from 1968 to 1985. He attended school in Cutler and New Hope Elementary and graduated from Delphi High School in 1949. He was a member of the Flora Grace Brethren Church and attended Flora Baptist Church. He was also a former member of the Camden Lion's Club where he had served as president. Also surviving are his mother: Rose E. Clem of Flora; three sons: Neal Q. Clem of Cutler; Carl Kevin Clem of Delphi; and Kent R. Clem of Lafayette; one sister: Ramona Kelly of Elkhart; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one infant son and one brother and his father. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Reinke Funeral Home. Pastor Dave Rosner will officiate. Burial will be in Ball Hill Cemetery. Friends may call today form 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Flora Baptist Church, the Flora Grace Brethren Church or the Cancer Society.
