Patricia Jane Pittenger, 86, passed away February 21, 2021. She was born December 9, 1934 in a country farmhouse near Rockfield, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Faye Coble and her three older siblings Dick, Gwen, and John.

A loving mother, she is remembered by her children Michael (Christy) Pittenger, Teresa (John) Mason, Scott (Anna) Pittenger, and John (Andrea) Pittenger as well as her grandchildren Kevin (Emily), Brian (Bekah), Matthew (Lindsey), Seth, Andrew, Travis, and Lauren, her great-grandchildren Ben and Will, and many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

Pat, a devoted mother and grandmother, spent many hours watching her children and grandchildren participating in a variety of sports and activities. She loved reading and going to the bookstore to select a new novel to read. Many weekends you could find her with her family at the local movie theater enjoying a film. A long-time member of the Church of Christ, she was active with her local church bodies. Along with her special friend Joanne Adamcyzk, she served her community through her career with the Federal Hearing and Appeals Court. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, from 3-5 p.m. at the Wasik Funeral Home in Macomb, MI.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 in Camden, Indiana at Cree Funeral Home, burial will follow in the Rockfield IOOF Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
