Tom is survived by his wife of 65 years, Nina and their two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Crosby and Joan Crosby Braun. In addition, he leaves behind granddaughters Maggie and Bailee Braun, along with his beloved furry grandson, Archie Braun; sister Helen (Gil) Churchill, brother Ed Crosby, brother-in-law George Mestousis; and nieces and nephews whom he cherished. Tom is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Carol May and Mary (George) Mestousis, and son-in-law Robert (Bob) Braun.

Tom grew up in Delphi, Indiana, and wore his roots proudly. Tom graduated from University of Alabama, which he attended on a full basketball scholarship. He was a member of the historical “The Rocket 8” team, and his accomplishments landed him into the prestigious Alabama A-Club. He was also an initiated member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Tom and his wife raised their daughters in Cincinnati, OH, where it was “Roll Tide” on Saturday and “Go Bengals” on Sunday. He retired to Panama City Beach, Florida, at the Hombre Golf Club. He was a devout Catholic man his entire life and religiously attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Powell, OH.

Those who knew Tom know that one cannot simply capture his incredible life on a page. He loved creating memories and loved the people who were a part of it even more. He chose to create a lifetime of adventure, love, and joy and led by example to encourage others to do the same.
