Bertie K. Hall Turner, 75, Flora, passed away at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010, in St Elizabeth Health care Center in Delphi. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Reinke Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Godbey officiating. Friends may call three hours before services Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Cancer Association.
