Marybell Thomson (Bell)

Marybelle Bell, 84, of Monticello, formerly of Radnor, died at 7:17 a.m. Oct. 20, 1998, in Monticello Healthcare.  She had resided at the healthcare facility four years and at Carroll Manor from 1991 to 1993.
  Born Nov. 30, 1913, in Radnor, she was the daughter of Roy and Mae Kirkpatrick Thomson.  Her marriage was on Sept. 8, 1934, in Lafayette, to Delbert L. Bell, who died Nov. 17, 1988.
  She was a 1933 graduate of Delphi High School and a member of the Radnor United Methodist Church.
  A homemaker, she enjoyed flower gardening.

  Surviving are two sons, Rex L. Bell of Monticello and Richard L. Bell of Colorado Springs, Colo; a sister, Ruth Beckner of Flora; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  One brother is deceased.
  Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Horn Funeral Home with Pastor Don Arterburn officiating.  Friends may call Friday from 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, rural Flora.
  Memorials may be made to the Monticello Christian Church or Carroll County Cancer Association.
