Clarence (Bud) Hobaugh, 53, of Rt. 2, Delphi, died Wednesday, September 13 at 2 am. at Home Hospital where he had been a patient six weeks.
Born December 13, 1918, in Delphi, to Henry and Anna Dunn Hobaugh, he was married at Hattiesburg, Miss., on July 1, 1942 to Helen Deckard, He was a veteran of World War II and member of Delphi American Legion and Brookston Federated Church. He was a machine operator for Ross Gear.
Surviving with the widow are a son, Michael, at home, three daughters, Mrs. Sondra Halsema of Attica, Mrs. Sharon Rippey of Spencer, and Teresa Lynn, at home; three brothers, Aaron of Laughton, Mich., Charles of Allegan, Mich., and Ernest of Delphi; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Sholty, Mrs. Edith Plumb and Mrs. Fae Mitchell, all of Lafayette; and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Lloyd Funera1 Home in Delphi on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be there at 1:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Duncan MacNab officiating. Interment will be in Tippecanoe
