Mary Kathleen Foster, 87, formerly of Flora, died at 8:35 p.m. Aug. 2, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center, Delphi, where she had resided the past year.
  Born Aug. 31, 1918, in Tippecanoe County, she was the daughter of Charles E. and Alta Shultheis Reppert.  She was a 1937 graduate of Delphi High School.
  She was married in 1937 to Carl J. Sholty, who died in 1959.  In 1968 she married Claude Foster and he died in 1982.
  Mrs. Foster retired in 1983 from Lowery and Eikenberry Insurance Agency, Flora, where she was employed as a secretary.
  She was a member of Living Faith Church of the Brethren.
  Surviving are a stepson, Eugene Foster (wife: Mertha) of Delphi; a sister, Ruby "Peggy" Eileen Fife (husband: Paul) of Bringhurst; a sister-in-law, Alice Reppert of Camden; two stepgrandchildren, Katrina Stout (husband: David) of Camden and Mark Foster (wife: Beth) of Delphi; four great-grandchildren.  Troy Stout of Bristol, Ryan Stout of Lafayette, Daisha Foster of Monticello, and Keith Foster of Lafayette; five great-great-grandchildren, Alexandrea, Keegan and Bree Stout and Emilie and Drake Cunningham; and five nieces and nephews.
  She was also preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Lee Reppert, Dale Reppert, Doyle Reppert and Loyle Reppert.
  Services were held Monday at Baker Funeral Home, Flora, with Pastor Jeff Tomson officiating.  Burial was at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.
