Marjorie J. Sines Goyer, 74, of Delphi, died at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 18, 1993, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, where she had been a patient since June 11.
  Born June 14, 1919, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Earl and Ocea Kirkpatrick Sines.
  She was a 1937 graduate of Delphi High School and had lived in Carroll County all her life.
  Her marriage was in January 1941, in Logansport, to Clarence Barney Goyer, who died on May 30, 1976.
  She was a member of Delphi Senior Citizens.  She enjoyed making crafts and decorating the Senior Center tables.  She also enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.
  She worked at the Delphi Senior Citizen Center for 16 years before being hospitalized.
  Surviving are a daughter, Diana Davis of Rossville; two sons, Jerry Goyer of Rossville and Kevin Goyer of Delphi; five sisters, Freda Goslee and Mildred Waymire, both of Delphi; Ruby Shultheis of Pyrmont, Jane Wray of Rt. 1, Delphi, and Mary Katherine Kerker of Rt. 2, Delphi; two brothers, Ralph Sines and Nelson Sines, both of Rt. 4, Delphi; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.  She was preceded in death by a brother and a grandson.
  Services were Saturday at Horn Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Viars and Pastor William Goode officiating.  Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
