Services were today at 10 a.m. at Jackson-Strawn Funeral Home in Delphi for John R. (Bud) Mount, 62, of Delphi, who died Sunday, Nov. 1, 1981, at 7:45 P.m. in Home Hospital, Lafayette.
  Born Sept. 2, 1919 in Delphi, his parents were Haughey and Ruth Royster Mount.  On Oct. 1, 1937, he married Marybelle Adams in Delphi who died in 1977.
  Mr. Mount had been affiliated as an employee and later part owner of Mount and Son Hardware in Delphi the past 45 years, retiring recently.  He was a World War II veteran.
  A member of the Christian Church and Harry Bohannon Post 75 American Legion in Delphi, he also belonged to the VFW, Moose Lodge and 40 & 8 in Lafayette.
  Rev. Dallas Blackburn was officiating minister and burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.  Contributions may be made to the Carroll County Cancer Society.
