Brookbank, 60, Hilliard, Ohio, died Saturday morning at Mount Carmel Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.He was born April 1, 1926, to Lynn(1908) and Margaret Lybrook Brookbank. He was married to Susannah Mae York, ,who preceded in death.He was a World War II Navy Veteran. He was an amateur radio operator and a retired radio engineer for WNNI, Columbus, and WUCO, Marysville, Ohio. He was a member of Church of Christ and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 614, both of Hilliard.Surviving is one son, David, Brookbank; one brother, Bob, Delphi;one sister, Virginia Schaller, Illinois; and three granddaughters.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ever-Rest MemorialPark Cemetery, Logansport.
