Wilma Pauline Parker McCain, 78, of Springfield, formerly of Griffith, IN, died Wednesday, April 28, 2004. She was born November 20, 1925 in Carroll Co., IN, the daughter of Russel L. and Elsie Barber Parker. She married Daniel McCain in Burlington, IN in 1952.

Mrs. McCain retired in 1992 from Calumet High School in Gary, IN, as the school secretary. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Sorority, a former member and past worthy matron of the Burlington Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, a former member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Griffith, where she served as a deacon and was currently a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Springfield.

Family includes: husband, Daniel; a son, David (wife, Susan); two grandchildren; two brothers; and several nieces and nephews. 

Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, Illinois.
