Biographical Information: Elva had lived in the Carroll County, Indiana, area all her life and attended Delphi High School of Delphi, Indiana. She received her GED at the age of 81 from Ivy Tech Community College of Lafayette, Indiana. Elva was a bookkeeper most all her life, having worked at the old Oldsmobile Dealership for ten years, and then went on to work at and retire from Pearson's Sales, both of Delphi, Indiana. She was a member of the Oak Grove Christian Church of rural Monticello (Carroll County), Indiana, and was a member of the former member of the Modern Homemakers Home Ec. Club, and Tipwa Grange, both of Carroll County, Indiana. Elva was an avid bowler in her younger years. She was a breast cancer survivor. Marriage Information: On February 2, 1938, in Carroll County, Indiana, she married Aaron Randle; he passed away on September 6, 1989. Survivors include: Nephews, Ralph L. (wife Echo T.) Scott, and Ivan Scott, both of Delphi, Indiana; Niece, Janet (husband Fred) Draper of Florida; Sister-in-law, Thelma Peterson of Delphi, Indiana; Several other Nieces, Nephew, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Great Great Nieces, Great Great Nephews, and Cousins.
