Ina B. “Pinky" Mitchell of Delphi, died at 8:22 p.m. Jan. 3, 2003, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette. She was born in Delphi to Greer and Myrtle Bunnell and graduated from Delphi High School. She married Fred “Mitch” Mitchell on Oct. 23, 1947, in Delphi, and he died in 1983. Mrs. Mitchell retired from Globe Valve where she had been a secretary for 25 years. She and her husband owned and operated the Country Inn Restaurant in Wolcott. She was a member bf Delphi United Methodist Church and American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing cards and doing crossword puzzles. Surviving are a son, Dwight “Muggs” Mitchell of Delphi; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother. Services were Jan. 7 at Davidson Funeral Home, with burial at Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
