Laverna Zook - Class Of 1939

 Services for Laverna M. Zinn, 78, of Flora, were Sunday at Radnor United Methodist Church.  The Rev. Ed Selvidge officiated and burial was in Maple Lawn Cemetery.
  She died at 2:44 p.m., Sept. 14, 2000, at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Lafayette.
  Born May 8, 1922, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Claude and Myrtle Snyder Zook.  Her marriage was on March 15, 1947, in the Delphi Methodist Church to Wayne Zinn, who survives.
  A 1939 graduate of Delphi High School, she worked at Reifer's in Lafayette from 1941 to 1947.
  Mrs. Zinn was a member of Radnor United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, and the Tri-C Club.
  Also surviving are five daughters, Marsha Robinson of San Antonio, Texas, Melody Hodges of Camden, Donna Zinn and Debbie Beck, both of Lafayette, and Darlene Zinn of Indianapolis; two sisters, Joyce Sparks of Flora and Betty Kuszmaul of Winamac; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  Two sisters preceded her in death.
  Memorials may be made to Radnor United Methodist Church.
  Reinke Funeral Home, Flora, was in charge of arrangements.
