Ralph E. Parks 91, Avon, IN, died Wednesday February 22, 2012. He was born January 14, 1921 in Delphi the son of Everett and Lola Edwards Parks. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service, Indianapolis Branch. He served in WWII, U.S. Army Air Corps, B24 Liberator Pilot, European Theater 1944 to 1945 and was a member of Avon United Methodist Church, of which memorial contributions may be made. Survivors include wife, Doris Zinn Parks; daughters, Lynn (Jim) Hall, Janet (John) Perdzock, Gail (Robert) Kenny; grandchildren, Matt (Tarah) Hall, Brian (Diana) Hall and Lisa (Brian) Boston and six great-grandchildren.
