Elizabeth A. "Betty" Clifford Williams, 84, of Monticello, died Jan. 25, 2005.  Born in Lafayette on Jan. 6, 1921, she graduated from Delphi High School in 1940.  Her marriage was to Paul H. "Mike" Williams on Feb. 25, 1941, in Delphi, and he died July 9, 1992.  Surviving locally is a brother, Robert Clifford of Delphi.  Services were Jan. 29 in Goodland.
