Services for Wilbur E. Wise, 73, of Rt. 3, Delphi, were Saturday at Cree Funeral Home, Camden, with the Rev. Richard Recher officiating.  Burial was in Morning Heights Cemetery, Rt. 3, Delphi.
  He died at 12:07 a.m. Feb. 23, 1995, in St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center, Delphi.
  Born Nov. 17, 1921, in Carroll County, he was the son of Andrew and Belva M. Krathwohl Wise.  He was married Oct. 22, 1960, in Clymers, to Sylvia Lane, who survives.
  A retired farmer, Wise had worked for National Homes from 1965-1978.  He graduated from Delphi High School in 1940.
  He was a member of the Camden United Methodist Church.
  Also surviving are three sons, Roger Wise of Great Lakes Training Center, Mich., and David and Vernon Wise, both at home; one daughter, Linda Lundstrom of Germany; one sister, Joan Scott of Burrows; and five grandchildren.  One son preceded him in death.
  Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
