Dennis Brian Parks, 49, of Delphi, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday evening, July 12, 2026. He was born on October 20, 1976, in Lafayette, to his late mother Dora Cremeens Parks and his father Loyd Parks who survives. He graduated from Delphi Community High School in 1995. He worked for Caterpillar in Lafayette for 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and boating on the rivers, mushroom hunting and the Chicago Cubs. He loved the TN Vols sports program, classic 80’s & 90’s rock and small engine repair and tinkering on other projects around his home. He loved to play pool and was extremely good at it. His greatest love was for his family. He dearly loved them all and enjoyed the time they all spent together. Surviving: son-Lincoln B. Parks of Delphi, twin daughters-Addison & Kendall Parks of Delphi, sister-Becky Lesley of Lafayette, sister-Lisa & Kevin Boes of Delphi, sister-Pearl Parks of Logansport, father/stepmother-Loyd & Brenda Parks of Delphi. He was preceded in death by a niece Aspen Fultz. Services: Visitation will be Saturday-July 18, 2026, from 11am until his funeral service at 1pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi.
