Edna Lorene Brookshire, 89, Bellevue, Wash., died May 9, 1995.
  She was born March 2, 1906, in Carroll County, the daughter of George and Kate Haynes Trawin.  Her marriage was to Cecil A. Brookshire on May 3, 1930, in Bloomfield.  He died in 1988.
  She was a 1924 graduate of Delphi High School and a member of the Evangel Baptist Church in Portland.  She and her husband worked at a glass factory in Portland, Oregon for several years.  She lived in Oregon 50 years.
  Surviving are two daughters. Betty Mosher, Bellevue, Wash., and Barbara Hammel, of The Dalles, Oregon; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Three sisters and one brother preceded in death.
  Services and burial were held in Portland.
