Roxanna J. “Punk” Ragan Garbison, 74, of Monticello, passed away Wednesday-December 31, 2025, at 3:16pm, at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. She was born on January 23, 1951, in Lafayette, to the late Donald & Harriet Loman Ragan. Her marriage was to Steven R. Garbison, in Monticello, on April 10, 1971, and he survives. She attended Delphi High School. She currently was employed at Regal Rexnord Aerospace Solutions in Monticello for the past 12 years. She was a member of the Redman’s Lodge Auxiliary, the Eagles Auxiliary, and the American Legion Auxiliary, all in Monticello. She loved being outdoors doing yard work and tending to her many flower gardens planted around her property. She always put out a big garden and enjoyed sharing her produce with her friends and neighbors. She enjoyed decorating her house for the different holidays, and in the summertime, enjoyed spending time at her pool. She and her husband enjoyed traveling, especially celebrating their wedding anniversary in Hawaii. She dearly loved her pet cats and taking care of them. Surviving: husband-Steven R. Garbison of Monticello, nieces and nephews. Preceded by 2 sisters Donna & Mary.
