Ruth Roark Cooper of Brooksville, Fl. Class of 1943 passed away Aug. 15, 2014. Ruth's husband Roy Cooper survives along with one son Michael Roy wife Corey Cooper of Brooksville, Florida.  Ruth's parents were William and Lula Roark, sisters Gracie Roark, Sadie Dishon, Ellen Atkinson and one brother Rev. Carl Roark preceded her in death.  Ruth was born in Delphi, IN, Feb. 23, 1925.  She retired as manager of Bell Telephone office in Anderson, IN.

Also surviving, nieces Rachel Dishon Satterfield, Evangeline Ruth Roark Armes, nephews David (Brown) Dishon, Paul Dishon.   Preceded in death by nephews,  Carl David Roark and John Mark Atkinson.

Ruth requested her body be given for science to a FL university.
