Glenn Weckerly

Glenn R. Weckerly, 67, of Lafayette and formerly of Delphi, died at 8 a.m. Sunday at his residence. Cause of death was an apparent heart attack. Born April 14, 1907, at Rockfield, he was the son of Frank and Margaret Mullin Weckerly. He was married June 18, 1932, to Nada Holloway, who survives. A lifetime resident of Lafayette and Delphi, he was a retired printer. He retired from the Lafayette Printing Company in 1966. For many years, he operated a freezer locker in Delphi. He was a member of Lafayette Masonic Lodge No. 492 and the Delphi Christian Church. Surviving with the wife are a son, David of Delphi; two daughters, Mrs. Glenda Melakis and Mrs. Linda Johansen, both of Lafayette; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were Tuesday at the Jackson Funeral Home in Delphi with the Rev. James Holland Officiating. Burial was in the Yeoman Cemetery.
