Josephine Snoeberger, 92, of Lafayette, formerly of the Delphi/Camden area, died at 9:40 a.m. Nov. 6, 2000, at Regency Place, Lafayette. Born Feb. 5, 1908, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Martin and Lucy Snyder Boone. She was a graduate of Delphi High School and Indiana Business College in Lafayette. Her marriage was on Dec. 31, 1927, in Delphi, to Robert C. Snoeberger, who died in 1955. She retired after 20 years as a secretary for the Purdue Athletic Department. Surviving are two sons, Wayne D. Snoeberger of Lafayette and Dean F. Snoeberger of Indianapolis; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, four sisters, and one brother. Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi, with Pastor Guy Brown officiating. Friends may call today from 4-8 p.m. Burial will be in Camden Cemetery.
