Clyde A. Robbins, 71, of Roanoke, Va., died Sunday afternoon, Dec. 23, 1979, in a Roanoke Hospital. He was born in Delphi Aug. 15, 1908, the son of Fred and Lulu Briney Robbins. He married Bernice Kelly, who survives. He was a retired manager of the Northern Illinois Water Corporation. Surviving are a son, John A. Robbins, of California; two step-daughters, Mrs. Joan Kinzie of California and Mrs. Mary Lory of Richmond, Va.; and a sister, Mrs. Maria Briggs of Delphi. Graveside services were Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery in Roanoke.
