Hazel Regal, 82, formerly of Rt. 1, Delphi, died at 7:41 a.m. Jan. 17, 1991, at St. Elizabeth Hospital where she had been a patient five days. Born March 16, 1908, in Adams Township, she was the daughter of Am and Nora Wakeland Corn. She was a lifelong resident of Carroll County and lived the last several years at Carroll Manor. Her marriage was on Sept. 3, 1930, in Delphi, to Benjamin Regal, who died in 1963. She and her husband were wallpaper hangers for many years, and they also did interior painting and other light contract work. She was educated in the Adams Township schools. She was a member of Hickory Grove United Church of Christ, but attended Lockport Church. There are no immediate survivors. She was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers. Services were Monday at Horn Funeral Home with Pastor Nord Zootman officiating. Burial was in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Rt. 1,
