Clarence Cain - Class Of 1928

Rites for Clarence Cain, 49, route 1, Delphi, who died on Saturday at the St. Elizabeth hospital, Lafayette, were held on Tuesday at the Jackson Funeral Home. Burial was in the Pittsburg cemetery. A farmer, the deceased was a member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge. Born on May 22, 1909 to Isaac J. and Ethel Andrew Cain, he attended the Battle Ground and Delphi schools. He was married on Dec. 12, 1932 to Vera Seedorf, who survives. He also leaves a son, Roger, of Lafayette: three daughters; Mrs. Delores Brewer, of here; and Kay and Marlene, at home; three grandchildren; a brother, Dale Cain, of route 1, Delphi; and two sisters; Mrs. Theodore Daniels, of Logansport; and Mrs. Everett Mullendore, route 1, Delphi.
