France (Frank) Hoover, 74, Wabash, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 1983, in Wabash Hospital.
  Born July 16, 1909, in Pulaski to Henry and Sophia Weisenburger Hoover, his marriage was to Dorothy Monett, who survives.  He was retired after 48 years employment with the Wabash Railroad and was a 1938 Delphi High School graduate.
  Surviving with the wife are one son, Robert, one daughter, Joyce Robinson and five children of Wabash; two brothers, Cletus Hoover and Arthur Hoover of Delphi; five sisters, Mildred McGreevey and Dorothy Temple, Delphi, Adeline Rider, Monticello, Ardella Witmeyer, Denver and Lucille Sharp, Peru.  One brother preceded in death.
  Services were Saturday at St. Bernard's Church in Wabash.  Burial was in Memorial Gradens, Wabash.
