Naomi Martin of Delphi received vord of the death of her brother, Basil Isaacs, in Phoenix, Ariz., on January 6, 1993. He was born Nov. 27, 1910, the son of Tolen and Effie Isaacs, in Rockfield. His marriage was to Marjorie Hopper. She preceded in death. He attended Delphi High School and worked for the Harold Thayer Dairy in Delphi before moving to Arizona. Surviving with the sister are two daughters, one son and three grandchildren. Services were in Phoenix.
