Lawrence E. (Clink) Foster, 74, a former area resident, died at 2:38 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, 1978, at Venice Hospital, Venice, Fla.
  Born July 12, 1903, in Urbana, Ill., he was the son of Lewis and Ethel Hoy Foster.  He was married in 1944 to Catherine Remley, who survives.
  He was a member of Odd Fellow Lodge 28, Delphi.
  Surviving with the wife are one daughter, Bonia Sieber, Bringhurst; and two grandchildren.
  Funeral services were Saturday at the Kroeger Funeral Home, with the Rev. Maurice R. Miller officiating.  Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
