Floyd Tracht - Class Of 1921

Floyd Lewis Tracht, 44, passed away Sunday morning at the home of his mother, Mrs. Laura Myers Tracht, of Delphi, following an illness of several months. Born November 10, 1903, in Delphi, he graduated from the Delphi high school. Following his marriage to Miss Faye Draper of Delphi, he moved to Cincinnati, where he became affiliated with an X-ray concern. It was while doing his work with the x-ray machines that he contracted the disease which eventually was responsible for his death. He was a member of the Presbyterian church. Surviving besides the mother, is the wife, Fay Draper Traoht and a sister, Mrs. Edgar L. Knodle, of DeKalb, Ill. Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Grimm funeral home with the Rev. Howard G. Jenkins in charge. Burial was In the I.O.O.F. cemetery here.
